We are Mandated!
We have been constitutionally established by the Puntland Presidential Decree No. Lr-39 at July 3rd, 2019. And we are mandated to develop, update and monitor the implementation of the water policy, and all water legislation and strategies; While preparing and coordinating all water sector management activities including ground and surface water, provisioning water resources management and utilization.
